Job Summary:
The Infant/Toddler Classroom Executive is responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and a passion for working with young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers
- Provide daily care and supervision to infants and toddlers, including feeding, bathing, and soothing
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to child care
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 1-2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
