Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma-derived medicines.

• Assess donor suitability and establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions, and monitor donor and equipment to ensure the health and safety of donors and the quality of our products.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines, and disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and commit to keeping our donors comfortable and happy.
• Superior customer service standards and ability to obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
