Speech Language Pathologist Position: Universal Healthcare Resources seeks a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent, with relevant licensure and certification. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
  • Liaise with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in speech language pathology.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Relevant licensure and certification.
  • Experience working with patients with specific disorders and age groups may be required.
