Receiving Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receiving Manager to join our team at Natural Grocers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of inventory, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Accurately receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring that all products are properly stored and labeled.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of receiving staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a receiving or inventory management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
