We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Horizons HR Services. As a key member of our fabrication and manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and lubricate equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Keep manufacturing areas free of debris and dirt to maintain a safe working environment
  • Set out or put away tools to ensure efficient workflow
  • Operate machines as directed to meet production demands
  • Hold or supply materials and tools to support production
  • Load and unload items from machines and assembly lines to meet production needs
  • Locate parts and debur cut parts as needed to ensure product quality
  • Report defects or malfunctions to supervisor to ensure prompt resolution
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area to meet company standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time
