Service Desk Agent Job Summary:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing support, and escalating complex issues to senior technicians.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical support for enterprise software and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize our knowledge base tool to resolve customer inquiries and improve knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolution outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes.
