If you possess experience in one-on-one client interactions, particularly in mobility and flexibility, or are eager to learn, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

As a leader in the fitness industry, StretchLab specializes in one-on-one assisted stretching. Our founders, with extensive experience in personal training, have developed a range of services designed to empower clients to 'Live Long'. Our team comprises certified professionals from various fields, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, and Pilates. We take pride in having a highly qualified team of stretching experts. Our proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program (FTP) guarantees that clients receive exceptional stretching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized assisted stretch sessions and facilitate group stretching classes for small groups.
  • Motivate and support clients throughout their stretching experience.
  • Promote StretchLab memberships and maintain client relationships.
  • Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching techniques and adhering to company policies.
  • Participate in staff meetings and mandatory educational sessions.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns as needed.
  • Support sales staff and management with studio tours and promotional events.
  • Maintain a strong online presence to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Keep all equipment clean and ready for client use at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for a boutique wellness environment, particularly in stretching and mobility.
  • Availability to commit to a specified number of hours each week.
  • Required qualifications include:
    • Licensed Massage Therapist
    • Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach
    • Licensed Physical Therapist (or PTA or Aide)
    • Certified Instructor in Pilates, Yoga, or Dance
  • At least one year of experience in a fitness or wellness setting providing hands-on client training.
  • Ability to foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy.
  • A commitment to helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Willingness to complete the Flexologist Training Program, which includes online tutorials, in-person training, and practice hours.
