Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of products and their labeling to ensure adherence to design and manufacturing specifications.
  • Utilize microscopes and various optical and mechanical measurement tools for inspection tasks.
  • Perform precise counts of inspected items to fulfill sampling requirements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspected, accepted, and rejected products.
  • Adhere to established time standards for inspection cycles.
  • Wear appropriate protective gear when working in controlled environments.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a productive work atmosphere.
  • Accrue vacation time weekly based on hours worked, with more hours leading to more vacation.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in basic mathematics and computer usage.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and computer literacy.
  • A degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, GDP, CGMP, and FDA regulations is preferred but not essential.
