SBM Management Services is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of commercial and office spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to safety rules, policies, and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to complete assignments and achieve team goals.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform repetitive tasks, maintain a clean work area, and follow company procedures.
- Communication: Interact with customers, supervisors, and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Equipment Operation: Operate motorized cleaning equipment, maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas, and perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors.
- Quality Control: Ensure high-quality work, complete assignments in a timely manner, and utilize chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in the janitorial industry, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred.
- Qualifications: General knowledge of floor care and scrubbing techniques, ability to work without normal supervision, and a valid driver's license.
- Background Check: Must pass SBM Background checks, along with pre-employment drug screening and E-Verify.
Wednesday-Saturday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Compensation$16.00 per hour
