Job Opportunity

Interim HealthCare of Maine is seeking a compassionate Skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of clients' homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care and medication management.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in skilled care, with recent wound care experience preferred.
  • Current CPR BLS Certification required.
