Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to join our team. As a key member of our data management department, you will be responsible for maintaining internal databases, supporting research initiatives, and providing data insights to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Assess database performance and integrity on a regular basis
  • Prepare and distribute custom surveys and reports
  • Facilitate annual survey data collection
  • Assist with data editing and entry, verifying data as needed
  • Handle data requests from other departments
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in research or data analysis
  • Previous experience working in healthcare or education space preferred
  • At least three (3) years of experience working in data management

Salary Range

$60,000 -- $78,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
