Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Association Manager to join our team at Associa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the operation and administration of community associations, ensuring compliance with management agreements and governing documents.
  • Develop and implement effective community management strategies, including budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, board members, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including financial reports, meeting minutes, and other critical documents.
  • Collaborate with Associa staff and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve community management services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or community development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community association management, preferably with a reputable management company like Associa.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in software applications such as C3 and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to excellence.
