Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wine Connoisseur to join our team at Casadonna. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our wine areas are clean and organized, and that our wine lists are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure wine areas are kept clean and organized
  • Manage wine inventory and ordering
  • Develop and maintain a beverage inventory system
  • Provide exceptional wine service to guests
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Sommelier or Court of Master Certificate
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
