Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complete shift reports, ensuring accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
  • Assist with gasoline tank inventory, checking product deliveries, and performing light equipment maintenance.
  • Participate in merchandising efforts, ensuring visually appealing store displays and promoting products effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, providing clear and concise information.
  • Count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
Requirements
  • Wear the required store uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Be available to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Attend mandatory meetings, including training sessions and team meetings.
Physical Demands
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of 1 to 15 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach above shoulder height and bend below waist.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store.
  • Move quickly around the store.
