You will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality respiratory care and ensure the best possible outcomes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, monitor, and maintain life support systems to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Monitor outcomes of various respiratory care procedures to identify areas for improvement and optimize care.
  • Establish and maintain respiratory equipment par-level and required maintenance records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous care.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide routine clinical care, including ventilator checks, tracheostomy care, suctioning, resident evaluations, care plan development, respiratory medication delivery, supply changes, and equipment management.

Requirements:

  • Must be a certified Respiratory Therapist with a current license in the state.
  • Completion of a two-year accredited Respiratory Program.
  • Current CPR certification.
