Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in banquet areas by providing attentive table service and hospitality to attendees.

  • Represent the lodge and conference center professionally while engaging with guests from various backgrounds.
  • Participate in setup, cleanup, and breakdown processes as required.

  • Effectively communicate guest needs and independently resolve any issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous.
  • Adherence to uniform standards and maintenance of a polished appearance is essential.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for the successful execution of this role.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules may be required.
  • Basic proficiency in reading and writing English is necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently throughout the workday.
