As a Medical Registration Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic process. Your responsibilities will include registering patients into our hospital computer system, obtaining accurate demographic and financial information, and completing all necessary paperwork and telephone duties.

You will also be responsible for creating visits in our hospital scheduling system, securing medical records, and working closely with patients, physicians, and nursing staff. In this fast-paced environment, you must be able to multitask effectively and possess excellent communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in the medical field (preferred)
  • Strong computer knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently

This is a per diem position with varied schedules, including 8am-8pm shifts. The salary range for this role is $24.717-$26.031 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package and a commitment to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment.
