Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will play a critical role in evaluating loan applications, interviewing clients, and making informed decisions about loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of loan applicants to determine their creditworthiness and financial eligibility.
  • Loan Evaluation: Evaluate loan applications and documents to determine the feasibility of loan approvals.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to provide information about loan applications and to forward their loan requests.
  • Loan Approvals: Approve loans for eligible applicants and reject those who are not eligible, justifying decisions by filing reports.
  • Loan Agreements: Complete loan agreements and counsel clients on limitations and policies.
  • Financial Knowledge: Maintain and update knowledge of different types of loans and other financial services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Loan Officer or in the Finance Industry.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of computers and banking programs/applications, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and exceptional time management skills.
