Key Responsibilities

•Supervise the construction of Outdoor Living Areas

•Lead a team of skilled professionals to guarantee successful project outcomes

•Organize and execute construction activities based on project priorities and objectives

•Capable of operating machinery and dump trucks

•Distribute and assign tasks among team members

•Oversee, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to the team

•Communicate effectively with clients, office personnel, and crew members

Required Qualifications

•Comprehensive understanding of Construction Operations and Equipment

•Ability to interpret Blueprints and Plans is essential

•Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills are required

•Critical-Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities are necessary

•Good Physical Condition and Stamina are essential for this position

•A High School Diploma is the minimum educational requirement

•Valid Driver's License is mandatory

•Any Additional Relevant Certification will be considered a plus.
