We are seeking a highly skilled UX Business Analyst to join our eCommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end requirements for B2C and B2B customers and internal stakeholders to provide cross-functional web solutions using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and document business requirements for eCommerce initiatives
  • Work closely with UX PMs to transition initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Review acceptance criteria with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain E2E UAT test cases for new requirements
  • Collaborate with IT to solution and break down development stories
  • Lead E2E blueprinting and process flows with key stakeholders, IT, and 3rd-party providers
  • Work with UX PMs and stakeholders to define MVP and ensure deliverables meet key business objectives
  • Coordinate with UX PMs and Geos on final testing and sign-off on stories
  • Lead cadence calls with stakeholders and executives to communicate status and ensure deliverables are on schedule
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a product management environment in eCommerce
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other product methodologies
  • Experience in constructing complex solutions and documenting requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve desired results within deadlines
  • Able to work across various time zones and off-hours as needed
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40.00 to $50.72, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.

This position is available for remote work, but local to Morrisville, NC 27560 is preferred.
