About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Backroom Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Initiate and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) associate contributions, and more.
