Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tri State Healthcare. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities
  • Phone and Email Management: Answer and respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and disseminate correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
