The Position: 3rd Shift Production AssociateOur Production Associates are the backbone of our production team, responsible for ensuring the quality of our products. As a Production Associate, you will be the first point of contact in the production process, and your attention to detail will directly impact the quality of our products.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:- Thoroughly inspect each part for defects and ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Communicate production and quality issues with associates during regular meetings.
- Record scrap and data according to work instructions.
- Ensure products are properly packaged and prepared for shipping.
- Adhere to all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Physical Requirements:- Frequent standing or walking for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting or lowering objects up to 35lbs.
- Frequent reaching above/below shoulder and forward.
- Occasional bending, stooping, and crouching.
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
- Occasional exposure to extreme heat and vibration.
- Typically moderate noise levels.
- Possible requirement to work outside for short periods.
