Production Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate - Sand & Buff to join our team at All Star Auto Lights. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for remanufacturing auto lights to an insurance quality standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and prepare auto lights for remanufacturing
- Ensure quality control standards are met and adhere to safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify and develop improved methods of repair
- Comply with all safety standards and requirements to ensure a safe and hazard-free work environment
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
- High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Ability to concentrate for long periods of time while standing
- Physical ability to access all areas of the facility and withstand various activities such as frequent walking, standing, bending, and manual dexterity
