  • Facilitate effective clinic operations and foster communication among team members, healthcare providers, and patients.
  • Gather comprehensive data regarding patients' physical, mental, and social health in accordance with professional standards.
  • Execute standardized patient intake and rooming protocols.
  • Offer clinical assistance during examinations and procedures, including specimen preparation and test administration.
  • Organize work tasks to prioritize patient needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement interventions appropriate for various age groups and develop patient/family education plans.
  • Ensure a secure environment for care delivery and manage supplies and equipment effectively.
  • Document clinical service charges and provide necessary administrative support.
  • Promote teamwork in the delivery of patient care and support personal and professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.
  • Licensure: Completion of Medical Assistant Training and current Certification from a recognized national professional association.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and potential exposure to chemicals and infectious materials.
