Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Foreclosure Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, mortgage foreclosure law, and secured transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing a foreclosure caseload, communicating with clients and investors, and working with support staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a foreclosure caseload from beginning to end
  • Communicate with clients and investors to effectuate loss mitigation resolutions
  • Work with and oversee support staff

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in Maryland
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Leadership qualities and ability to manage support staff
  • Independent worker
