- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, welding, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, construction trades, or AC maintenance.
- Skills: Strong organization and time-management skills, written/verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work while standing, sitting, stooping, walking, bending, with hands over head, and in prone position; climb; work from a ladder and other elevated work platforms; lift and carry 75 lbs; work in extreme temperatures ranging from -20 to 130 degrees.
