We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Payroll Tax Specialist. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with governing regulations and maintaining accurate and timely payment of payroll taxes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, process, and file payroll taxes using Workday and MasterTax software
  • Reconcile and remit state payroll taxes on a regular basis
  • Investigate and resolve any issues that may arise during payroll processing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • Working knowledge of HRIS/Payroll systems and multi-state payroll experience
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
