ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care to students with diverse needs in a school setting.
This full-time LPN position involves providing specialized healthcare services, including tube feeding and seizure monitoring, to students in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 healthcare services to students, including tube feeding and seizure monitoring.
- Observe and manage students' health needs throughout the school day.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and schoolwork as needed.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure students' well-being.
- Potential to assist with bus duties if required.
Requirements:
- Active LPN licensure in New Hampshire.
- CPR certification.
- Experience with K-12 students and handling complex medical needs is preferred.
- Ability to perform tube feeding and monitor seizures.
