Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to enhance our company's presence and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and our website.
  • Create and edit visual content for social media, website, and e-campaigns, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Manage our mailing list through HubSpot, sourcing new contacts, updating properties, and creating targeted lists.
  • Oversee the inventory and ordering of promotional items, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a well-organized promotional closet.
  • Coordinate the review and update of printed materials, working with vendors to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Source and organize feedback from sales and technical teams to inform marketing needs, such as SDS, selector charts, and brochures.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, communicating feedback to the marketing team as needed.
  • Coordinate tradeshows, conferences, and sales meetings, ensuring logistics and schedules are organized and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist the Global Marketing Manager with various projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communication, or equivalent.
  • Experience in CRM or customer database software, such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Team player with a focus on ensuring team goals are met or exceeded.
