About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our busy Emergency Department. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associate degree in Nursing required, Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred
- 1+ year of RN experience in an Emergency Department or critical care setting
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
