About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Good Samaritan Society. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our patients, residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment
  • Patrol and secure facility buildings and grounds as assigned
  • Monitor conduct of visitors on premises and confront unauthorized persons for questioning
  • Report safety, fire hazards, or security violations
  • Maintain records and prepare incident reports and other documents pertinent to security activities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
