The Clinician Role
As a Clinician at Graham Windham, you will play a vital role in supporting children, youth, and families through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. You will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical services to children, youth, and families in a variety of settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including case managers, educators, and parents, to ensure coordinated care.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent licensure required.
- Experience providing clinical services to children and families.
- Strong therapeutic skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Graham Windham offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including:
