Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Press Operator/Press Helper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating offset presses and will be responsible for ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

Shift Details:

Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operation of offset printing presses
  • Participate in effective make-ready processes
  • Maintain efficient production speeds
  • Conduct regular quality checks
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve issues
  • Mix inks as required
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and preventative upkeep
  • Keep detailed logbooks of maintenance activities
  • Understand and adhere to company systems and procedures
  • Manage stock allocation and data collection in the company MIS system

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with multi-unit offset/sheetfed presses
  • 3-5 years of knowledge in commercial printing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
