As an Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing lifesaving dialysis treatments and support to patients and their families.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Job Description:
This role requires delivering nephrology care through various therapies, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis. You will work daily in a hospital setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop unique treatment plans for patients dealing with multiple co-morbidities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient observations, measuring vital signs and machine setup
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs
- Work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your nursing skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) preferred
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience beneficial but not required
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification advantageous
