  • Cuts shellfish from shell, serves it on appropriate tray
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of standard cooking methods

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
