About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cake Decorator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences through high-quality bakery products and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Bakery Operations: Plan and execute bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs. Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support colleagues in achieving their goals.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge required for success in this role.
About You
You must have 6 months' experience in a fresh production area and be 18 years or older. A background in cake decorating is preferred but not required.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $17.00-$24.00 per hour. Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
