Family Practice Physician

We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Physician to join our medical team in Van Nuys, California. As a Family Practice Physician, you will provide high-quality primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Order laboratory and radiology tests as needed and refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
- Analyze test results and medical records to diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatment regimens as necessary.
- Discuss treatment options and potential side effects with patients and ensure that all allergy information is up to date.
- Provide advice to patients on lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help to treat their health issues.
- Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, as well as ongoing quality improvement objectives and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health information privacy laws.
- Ensure medical records are legible and complete in a timely manner.
- Minimum one year of experience in providing primary care to patients.
- Current license to practice medicine in California.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in family practice/general medicine.
- Current certification in BLS/CPR.
- Competitive hourly rate: $120-$150 per hour.
