ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team at our McKenzie Ridge Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) in Junction City, Oregon.
Job Summary:
The Mental Health Specialist will provide direct care and support to adults with serious mental illness, promoting their recovery and well-being in a secure residential setting. This is a part-time, day shift position, working Friday through Monday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for clients
- Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the direct care team to ensure high-quality care and services
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Competitive hourly wage: $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
- Additional 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
