About the Role

As a Senior Registered Nurse - RN at Bear Creek Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Lead by example and provide guidance and support to less experienced staff members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements
