Senior Registered Nurse - RN - Bear Creek Senior Living

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 2-10pm shifts. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments.
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Leading and mentoring our care staff to ensure high-quality care and excellent customer service.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of excellence.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of [insert state].
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a senior living or healthcare setting.
