Job Title: Cyber Warfare Expert

At Tyonek Native Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Warfare Expert to join our team. This role requires a strong background in cyber defense analysis and integrated defensive cyber systems.

Job Summary

The Cyber Warfare Expert will provide subject matter expertise on current Air Force Cyber Defense Analysis (CDA) operations and capabilities, as well as future Integrated Defensive Cyber System (IDCS) requirements. This includes conducting research and evaluation activities, informing all phases of the ADDIE methodology, and analyzing unique training needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on current Air Force Cyber Defense Analysis (CDA) operations and capabilities, and future Integrated Defensive Cyber System (IDCS) requirements.
  • Conduct research and evaluation activities to inform all phases of the ADDIE methodology.
  • Analyze unique training needs and collaborate with the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Team and development team to design and develop scalable training solutions.
  • Define the training environment and other special operating considerations for mission training.
  • Assess and provide recommendations to improve and/or tailor ADDIE process products and deliverables.
  • Plan, research, and analyze requirements for integration into the curriculum where applicable.
  • Create and deliver in-person training or remote training as the situation dictates.
  • Identify, analyze, and assess training effectiveness.
  • Process paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience with Cyber Protection Teams and DCO missions is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of Air Force Cyber Defense Analysis (CDA) operations and capabilities and Integrated Defensive Cyber System (IDCS).
  • Graduates of the Air Force Basic Instructor Course or Instructor Methodology Course are preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment with rapidly changing demands.
  • Must have strong writing and communications skills.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Must be able to work in a challenging environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged.
  • Desired experience with PCTE module development and training ranges.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to routinely climb/descend stairs.
  • On occasion, must be able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees, and reach above/below shoulders.
  • Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
