About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to expectant mothers and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in labor and delivery care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Within 90 days of hire, National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in labor and delivery.
