We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Field Testing Technician to join our team at Alliance Technical Group. As an Environmental Field Testing Technician, you will play a critical role in conducting stack emissions testing, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our results.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-site field testing in a professional manner, transporting testing equipment to customer sites as needed.
- Follow all test methods, procedures, and processes for quality source testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Apply careful mechanical and electrical skills while troubleshooting testing systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions, with the ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at elevated heights.
- Degree in environmental, engineering, or mechanical sciences, or related experience and skill.
- Experience related to environmental response/sample collection, mechanical, construction, or electrical work is highly preferred.
- Strong aptitude to learn the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe products.
- Ability to distinguish between shades of color is critical for safety.
