POSITION OVERVIEW
This role involves responding to incoming client calls and overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of all service and maintenance appointments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming client calls, recognizing that this is the client's first interaction with our company.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring a courteous and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Ensure that every call is answered promptly, ideally before the third ring, using the approved company greeting and script.
- Proactively inform clients if a technician will not arrive within the scheduled time frame.
- Conduct outbound calls to club membership clients to confirm their satisfaction with any completed repairs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and telephone communication skills are essential.
- Proficient computer skills are necessary.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
COMPENSATION
Annual salary ranges from $35,000 to $38,000.
