About the Role

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge fiber internet services to customers in your assigned territory. You will engage with potential customers, conduct sales calls, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television services.
  • Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell TDS services to prospective customers.
  • Complete sales documentation, including daily sales orders, agreements, and reports, to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
  • Create community buzz by organizing and participating in local events to increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities.
