Excyl, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-based systems on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation, YAML, and JSON.
  • Integrate AWS services such as ServiceNow APIs, BitBucket APIs, and JIRA/JIRA Align APIs.
  • Build and maintain Docker containers and AWS ECS clusters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
Requirements
  • Significant experience with containerization and Docker.
  • Container orchestration skills (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or AWS EKS).
  • Experience with microservice frameworks like Spring Boot.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Git/Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins).
  • Experience with code quality tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx).
  • Experience with CI/CD and blue-green deployments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to reverse engineer existing J2EE application technology to migrate.
  • Ability to create unit test frameworks for J2EE and/or containerized applications.
