Your duties will encompass preventative maintenance, regular inspections, team coordination, issue diagnosis, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs using appropriate tools.
  • Change air-conditioning filters as part of routine upkeep.
  • Inform management of significant repairs or enhancements required for lighting, heating, and ventilation systems.
  • Conduct maintenance on heating systems, air-conditioning units, and boilers to guarantee a comfortable environment for guests.
  • Execute standard preventative maintenance on all equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets.
  • Configure phone systems in accordance with hotel specifications.
  • Train and collaborate with the hotel maintenance team across various tasks.

  • Address minor maintenance issues promptly and escalate major concerns to management.
  • Track completed maintenance tasks and maintain adequate stock of commonly used parts and supplies.
  • Inspect and resolve minor issues in shared areas of the hotel.
  • Learn and apply emergency procedures while ensuring safe operation of all equipment and chemicals.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to your role.
  • Arrive at work punctually, dressed appropriately, and in compliance with company standards.
  • Perform additional relevant duties as required.
