Caregiver Associate

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Resident Care Associate to join our team at AKHIRE, INC in Juneau, Alaska. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and long-time Alaskans, providing exceptional care and support in a residential senior care living facility.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility.
- Monitor and document changes in residents' health or behavior.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
- Lift and/or transfer residents as needed.
- Provide personalized care and attention to detail.
- Ensure residents feel safe and comfortable when receiving personal care.
- Develop strong interpersonal skills when working with residents.
Resident Care Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent and a competent history in a similar facility preferred.
- Valid First Aid Certifications and, according to state regulations, may need to possess current CPR/CNA Certification, state certifications, and pass an examination and/or skills evaluation.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Speak, read, and understand English fluently.
Resident Care Associate:
