Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and office staff to ensure their needs are met.
  • Accurate Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home with precision and attention to detail.
  • Cost Estimates and Payment Collection: Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment from customers for work performed.
  • Efficient Use of Materials and Equipment: Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced and secured.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
  • Ongoing Education: Continue ongoing education for industry and manufacturer best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 2 Years Experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or 1 Year Experience as an Appliance Repair Technician and Trade School Graduate
  • Valid Driver's License with a Clean Record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Proficiency in Web and Tablet-Based Technologies
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Ability to Compute Basic Arithmetic, Algebra, and Geometry
  • Physical Ability to Perform Strenuous Work
